My point is that if there is a rouge market order on one exchange, typically you will get a "reaction" out of the others. If someone had cleared $60 on bitmex or coinbase, I'd expect to see a broader reaction across all other markets than I saw here on bitfinex.
I see your point. Although in my experience market makers are getting sophisticated and won't replicate volume just like that anymore. They would adjust up or down their orders, to follow the trend and get the most benefit out of the movement.
