@bitfinex followed that pattern but seems like come exchanges have a delay volume mechanism.
Like: oh wow, lot of volatility few hours ago! Let's have some volume now!

- 10 Nov, 4pm UTC: market moved quite a lot, volume spiked on @bitfinex significantly, jumping significantly in front of lot of exchanges
