Shouldn't you level up the quality and ethics rather then level yourself to bloomberg?

As long as both sides of the argument are presented (which they were), it’s fair game to report on it IMO. When the paper wasn’t peer reviewed, it was a little bit different but Journal of Finance is a prestigious journal. If it’s nonsense, we will report on that too

Sure. Did not say do not report stuff, just if you report something you should give complete information to the public, otherwise to certain eyes might seem sloppy journalism
. Just saying, and it's not only to me or my friends btw.1 reply 0 retweets 5 likes -

What do you think it’s missing? Happy to relay to the journalist

Am I not seeing it or the paper is not linked anywhere? I think it's kind of the most important thing to see no?

It's not published yet. And again, it's standard practice to report on yet to be published peer-reviewed papers if they are exclusively shared with a publication. This is not just a case for reporting on Tether. Check Bloomberg, WSJ, FT and others

Naaaa, I think that you, among everyone, being a data analyst, should understand the importance of first hand data. This was just a click-bait article in fear of leaving that game only to bloomberg. But I still like you

Readers pay the block to get timely information they can act on. If The Block fails to report and then
$LEO tanks based on expectation of this paper dropping (bullshit or not), then they’re not doing their job. Do you agree?5 replies 2 retweets 8 likes -

I get your point. Kind of not. Reporting from
@TheBlock__ is often skewed when it comes to#tether
. And here I question the usual approach in formulating titles and reporting.
Sure they could do better.3 replies 0 retweets 2 likes -
Just do what everyone does when hit with an academic paper: commission another one
