It’s newsworthy - we want to give our readers access to all available information. If they don’t read it on The Block, they will read it on Bloomberg so what’s the difference? I don’t even make the calls on what gets covered btw
Shouldn't you level up the quality and ethics rather then level yourself to bloomberg?

As long as both sides of the argument are presented (which they were), it’s fair game to report on it IMO. When the paper wasn’t peer reviewed, it was a little bit different but Journal of Finance is a prestigious journal. If it’s nonsense, we will report on that too

Sure. Did not say do not report stuff, just if you report something you should give complete information to the public, otherwise to certain eyes might seem sloppy journalism
