@bitfinex was the first exchange to support @Yubico yubikey and U2F in general. Strongly suggest to get one or two.

I believe if you lose your U2F device it can be set-up to go to Google authenticator next.

My email was involved. I do have same email with bitfinex but I have yubikey on bitfinex. Do I need to change email?
