No worries. Same thing happened in beginning of 2017. Look what happened at the end of 2017. Plus we're the kind of guys that prefer to show weak volume for a while rather than join the dark side. Too easy give free trading. Big volume and no money? Seems 2019 sport.
Interesting. I pulled the data all the way back to Jan 2017 to double-check this. It's true that market share dipped to ~7% in May and June but the dynamic was definitely different. Sure. Now might more challenging but from the inside we are seeing the same thing. And we came back quite hard. Imagine also to have 5 or 10 times our volume, 5 or 10 times our head count and probably make more or less (usually less) our revenues. Patience is key.

Totally agree 0 fee trading is a cheap move but decreasing the trading fees (sure > 0) is a valuable option and more attractive than referral fees.
