We used REST v2, not a client library. The servers are located in Germany, Singapore, Canada and the US, with the front page displaying the median overall latency for each exchange.

We use our own servers to get this information from public endpoints. The same endpoint is used for every exchange to make it fair (in this case, the BTC/USDT pair). CryptoAPI measures the median latency to remove the possibility of spikes and unfair final results for exchanges.
