I myself kept my BTC on finex for the funding but sent it to another exchange for selling/trading. Brought my BTC back to finex. This is why maybe the wallet balances are high, trading volume is decreasing
Anyway we have few good changes lined up that are meant for both retail and pro users.
Thanks for your feedback.Sure. Or we represent a reasonable view of current really crypto volumes. Who knows. Finex historically does not thrive with no volatility and this discussion reminds me early 2017 conversations. We're patient.

Are you not concerned at all that finex used to be #1 btc market or are other exchanges faking volume? I guess there is bad PR with the NY thing - perhaps volume will increase once that is resolved.

I'm confident in what we are doing. We barely look at the competition and just mind our business. There are important projects being under completion in our pipeline. Sure being under attack does not help but being a shield is still part of our efforts for the crypto-community.
