From what I know, we received Tue, 21 May 2019 at 1:11 EDT a request for comments from The Block and this article ( https://www.theblockcrypto.com/2019/05/21/tether-admits-in-court-to-investing-some-of-its-reserves-in-bitcoin/ … ) was published at 1:43 EDT on the same day. Isn't 30 min too little time to pretend an answer?

You can still comment. One of your press people thanked me for reaching out, saying "They’re happy that you let them know what was coming and gave them the opp to respond also." Why are you guys talking out of both sides of your mouth?

My understanding is that 30min is not a reasonable time to review and discuss internally with the legal team. Given the question you asked you can see how 30min might not be enough to deliver a full response. Of course they thanked you, we are kind and polite people yo know?

I've heard many great things about the team. Hard working and diligent. You could have responded to the email asking for us to hold publication until you provided an answer, which I would have agree to. I did the same thing with Circle.

We are preparing an answer on our side on different matters. It takes long indeed. Our legal team gives priority to the fight in court and we have lot of things on our plates right now as you can imagine. I know you have a job to do but still...
