How it works issue on different chains? For example: total tokens supply is 1 million, so you issue 250k on liquid, 250k on ethereum, 250k on Eos? 250k on another?. Works this way?

I don't know how they did it, but I assume you could move funds between chains, I assume they are able to move tether between the chains it uses.
