No it's just a load of shit buzzwords combined, and while i was always sympathetic with u guys the whole whitepaper is just pathetic copy pasted crap without any clear vision.
Wondering how many have read https://www.bitfinex.com/rm-2019-05.pdf , in particular μFinex. This will be the #LightningNetwork of exchanges or "the final true form of the crypto-exchange". @bitfinex
