So which lawyer redlined that spiel? of course 'investors' contacted ifinex directly ....there was never an offer, absolutely no solicitation, not a single participant received any communication in any jurisdiction that has securities law.

btw. if you actually reside in the UK and you are a shareholder (as per 2017 affidavidt) and you were a recipient of the accrued dividend I hope you got some tax advice because you may just have crystalised a massive tax liability payable in Stirling pounds.
