Please don't encourage spam. Twitter is a centralised service. It can request Lightning payments to tweet as
@Bitcoin. Same as you're proposing, but without harming Bitcoin. I don't think this would have a good outcome, though.
Good point re: spam. Lightning payments would not offer the same `consensus` enforcement that miners would give though. But I agree that my suggestion should not be implemented unless maybe it is required that the tx donates to a Bitcoin Dev fund. Anyway was thinking loud.

1) Miners don't enforce consensus. Nodes do. 2) There's nothing enforced in this regard.
