How? It's not really possible when both the rate & period can be different. It's a good idea in theory but atm best thing to do is to open the full funding book and analyse where the walls are etc

what's the difference vs using http://api.bitfinex.com ?

No difference in protocol, access etc... but api-pub is a set of servers optimised for public market data and will let us scale better on that front

Will you ever start serving the full orderbook again over the v1 REST API? Ever since the server migration it has been limited to 5000 orders.
