could you publish more information? I mean eg. every subscription has his own channel ID. With two connections, can it happen that different channels get the same ID? And will both connections be to the same server of bitfinex? If not, what about slightly different timestamps?

I neither received a response from you, nor from the bitfinex support yet. You can not introduce a major change and then refuse to answer questions about it... (or not have enough support agents who are able to answer those questions)
