This is backtracking by Emanuel. In his original essay, doubt he could have been clearer in endorsing a categorical, prescriptive claim about lifespan that he applies to others—not simply airing a privately held belief

Tune in to my exchange with @mehdihasanshow where I dispel some of the common misconceptions around my @theatlantic article. Most importantly: I am not evangelizing or suggesting a prescription for others, this is MY personal philosophy on aging. msnbc.com/the-mehdi-hasa

More than a quarter of kids who get Covid-19 may develop long-term symptoms. A 2021 study suggested that it may be even more; more than half of children between ages 6 & 16 in that study had at least one Covid-19 symptom that lasted more than four months.

This stance of course strongly empowers those employers and officials who wish to provide zero protection while heavily undermining employers and officials who like to put policies into place -- which they know and is exactly the point.

FOX News finally admits what the PAI has recently argued: There are many who are using the COVID pandemic to demand others (the poor, PoC, etc) accept disability & death for their own personal luxury and comfort. Read & Share: pandemicindex.substack.com/p/ethics-would

Fox host says she doesn't like when people take sick days: "I say we just come in and cough all over each other and push through. I mean, that's the way we work."

The people who have "suddenly died" are because the vascular disease known as COVID wrecked their health, not the vaccine. Vax up & Mask up (N95 or better!) if you don't wish to be one of those who "suddenly died."

surprised that the American government is freaking out about a suspected spy balloon, after decades of American spy planes being shot down all over the world. treat others how you want to be treated!

Editor of libertarian "Reason" magazine, Liz Wolfe, has failed to identify just how many child COVID deaths she accepts, after writing off 700 child COVID deaths in late 2021 - and America now stands at 2000+ child COVId deaths, with 500,000 kids suffering from Long COVID.

The reason the typical BS artists have been going N95 masking recently with cocked-up junk "studies" is because the public would probably like to know they don't need to catch & spread a deadly disabling virus multiple times a year so the number go up

This sort of pathetic defeatism is unhelpful. The public is entitled to the facts, and we have an obligation to our fellow citizens to drown out & kneecap these pathetic plague rats' broadcasts before they get even more blood on their hands.

Interpretation of Forecasts of New Hospitalizations
This week’s national ensemble predicts that the number of new daily confirmed COVID-19 hospital admissions will remain stable or have an uncertain trend with 700 to 6,900 new confirmed COVID-19 hospital admissions likely reported on February 24, 2023.
The state- and territory-level ensemble forecasts predict that over the next 4 weeks, the number of daily confirmed COVID-19 hospital admissions will likely decrease in 10 jurisdictions, which are indicated in the forecast plots below. Trends in numbers of future reported hospital admissions are uncertain or predicted to remain stable in the other states and territories."

schools don't actually need teachers to teach children, which is why schools shouldn't require covid protections. we should let the algorithm and my poorly coded AI bot that generates new Seinfeld episodes 24/7 educate our children instead.
I will repeat until my dying day that the real lesson of Nazism is the one we find too unpalatable, too incredible to believe: that what happened in Germany between 1933 and 1945 is forever poised to happen anywhere, at any time, and that only constant vigilance prevents it.

Pay attention. (Pic is an actual Nazi propaganda poster saying that an entire family of healthy Germans can live for one day on the same 5.50 Reichsmarks it costs to support one frail/ill person for the same amount of time)

The poster shows a drawing of a man on the left as old and frail, standing behind a sign that says 5.50 RM. On the right is a drawing of a family with two healthy appearing adults and 3 small children, where the father is holding a sign that says 5.50 RM. All writing on the poster is in German.
