So. Lexit is a left exit. Re- what Corbyn would do. 💪🏽 By negotiating a Brexit for the people. That protects the ordinary person. 👍 Rexit is what they are doing. Right wing exit.🤪 #LexitNotRexit

I’d upvote this but find Corbyn personally despicable. Populist+anti Semite is a combination Europe needs a lot less of, I’d love to see ordinary Brits find a better champion

But there is no version of Brexit that makes sense. Every single one makes us poorer and more isolated. Corbyn’s may be rubbing yourself all over with stinging nettles to Theresa May’s cheese grater, or the no deal chainsaw, but it will still hurt.https://twitter.com/uk_domain_names/status/1067715341424431106?s=21 …

Better to stay in and changed the European Union. It's the only way to fix climate change long term. Nation states will always blame other nation states for the problems. Remain and reform the @yanisvaroufakis approach is better.

The problem is we already voted to leave. As much as I personally might want us to you can't just ignore 17 million people because you don't agree with them. At this point better to leave and work on improving conditions that led many to vote leave.

Yes, many Leavers have and are changing their minds. The last thing the "Brexit at all costs" brigade want now is another referendum. The mood of the country has changed, they've realised that and they don't want to put their newfound knowledge to a democratic test.

That's a pretty myopic way of looking at it. People should be allowed to change their minds but there's zero evidence anyone has. Are you suggesting a second referendum because that's not what your original point was.

At public meeting of 200 people debating Brexit in Milton Keynes, precisely one person on a show of hands would vote for Mrs May’s deal. The overwhelming majority support a people’s vote

That actually doesn't prove that at all. Basically nobody on either side of this issue supports May's deal. If we're being honest if there were a second referendum there's a pretty decent chance it would go the same way. And what then? You can't just travel back to 2016

There isn't a Brexit that protects the ordinary person. We're already poorer. We've already lost £80bn from our economy. Thousands of people have already lost their jobs. Businesses have closed or moved to other countries. Every single Brexit scenario leaves us even poorer.
