In 2018, then-FL AG Pam Bondi & I led a bipartisan group of 56 AGs urging Congress to enact this legislation. Yesterday, the U.S. Senate passed this bill. It now heads to President Biden's desk to be signed into law. This is a welcome & positive step towards justice.
