    Let us never forget history. In Chile, after the coup ousted Allende in 1973, the national stadium was used as a detention & interrogation center, a torture facility & a killing field by the military. When stadiums become open-air prisons, we know Indian democracy is dead.

    Lots of chat about the idea of making referee reports public. I'm torn. I worry it might deter referees from asking 'stupid' questions (which often turn out to reveal a host of troubles!) and increase odds of them being identified. 1/
