Although I’m a child of techno-Utopianism, my conclusion is recently it’s too thin as a system of meaning and is ultimately nihilistic.

Agreed without a conversation about ends, building alone will just be an empty project, perhaps like all of the other top-down systems. But what ends? Mars? Catholic Integralism? There’s no real conversation about this.
