    Hi , I’m on the hunt for specimens relating to Henry Clifton Sorby to collate a record of what is where. I've got Sheffield covered (I think), but does anyone else have any material? The pic is from in Cambridge.

    Dippy is safely inside Number One Riverside in all his crates! Experts from are now putting together his 292 bones & he will be over 21 metres long when complete! Dippy opens to the public next Monday, alongside the Dippy exhibition & it's FREE to visit.

    We are often digitising insects and plants as we have fast workflows for these, but with 80m specimens we also work to develop new workflows. This we are excited to be back in Palaeo working to digitise the echinoderms a group of fossils that includes starfish.
