That's false, the DA doesn't get a say in this, the parole board decides to revoke parole all on their own, the parole officer never initiated parole revocation.
Hmmmm, quick google search mentions a period of 7 years, sounds highly unlikely that this person could have gone from a violent felon to a non violent non felon in a span of less than 5 years.

I never was trying to claim they did, I am saying it is difficult to convict a non-violent felony under these circumstances, the parole board should have acted.
