I totally may be. What I understood is that a person demonstrated that they can commit crime. 5 times there were no consequences, and now they MAY be some (but I’m not confident). I’m wondering - why is this time any different? Where am I mistaken?
I just want to compare two extremes, and I meant current day NK and Germany. Which country would you chose for low crime rate, as a good example?
