I read the article, two people have died. Killed by someone who could have been in prison. I realize that I may be lost, are we discussing the same thing? Guy - on parole - murders people?

If the parole officer was the problem, and if it were a machine, I’d see if I could get the job done by completely eliminating that part. No parole - no parole officers. Why is parole needed again? Seems like it complicated things.
