That’s not a smart comment to make while in a Country where / Everyone is Innocent until proven guilty. The Burden of Proof - of Guilt is the responsibility of the Government or DA to bring evidence that will convince a Judge or Jury of Guilt.

You’re an embarrassment to UGA. If someone were to accuse you of sexual assault & that person was willing to give testimony stating that to be so, I guess this means that you’re guilty as hell & you don’t have the assumption of innocence until proven guilty.

Correct. In a criminal case verbal testimony is circumstantial. It must verify in fact before being admissible as anything other than corroboration of hard evidence.
