    C'est parce que on leur a promis que cela rendrait LEUR vie plus facile et ce n'est pas ça le bénéfice. Le bénéfice c'est que le dossier est partageable avec les autres, disponible tout le temps, lisible, traitable automatiquement,et beaucoup d'autres choses 1/2

    Le DMP devient une brique de Mon espace santé mais il continuera d'exister quasi sans changement et donc tout aussi inutile et désuet... On ne referme pas si simplement un tel puit sans fond.

    I live in hope too... since it will need our French technocrats at least ten years longer to realize that it wont work, whatever money and "doctrine" they waste in that direction ;)

    I live in hope that one day NHS will employ someone who realises that interoperability can only be solved as an emergent outcome of an engineered knowledge-driven environment, not the death march of post hoc interop 'standards' we have wasted 30y on

    Intéressante étude U.S.: le nombre de patients utilisant des applications mHealth sur leurs smartphones est passé de 35% en 2020 à 18% en 2021. et l'accès patients aux sites d'information santé est passé de 29% en 2020 à 12% en 2021
