    People already blaming Tesla price action on HFT, which is the goto when people are too oblivious to realize what actually happened. It's obvious from the fact that the majority of the price action occurred after-hours that it was not due to HFT, or even professional traders.

    I’m pretty happy about how completely Tesla shorts have gotten screwed. It’s generally a bad idea to bet against companies building the future; they have very unique risk profiles, so traditional analysis often betrays. Also, it’s pretty stupid to bet against Elon Musk.
