What is your field of expertise? Dedicated Wiki and Tutorial threads are coming with Ozzu 2.0 where you can share your knowledge! While we had members create threads like this in the past, with the new version we have a specialized format and area just for this.

In addition to the Q/A and Discussion Forum on Ozzu 2.0, we will also be offering an area for Code Snippets! Yes, finally! Code Snippets are typically small, re-usable pieces of code with a specific purpose.

With Ozzu 2.0, we will no longer just a "webmaster forum" as Ozzu described itself in the past. Moving forward Ozzu will be a "Developer Community" where we can all work together to ask and answer questions, learn new skills, share knowledge, and even buy and sell digital assets.

Privileges are rewards for trusted users, but they are also essential so that the Ozzu community can self-moderate itself!

This allows users to adapt and learn how to use new privileges granted to them without being overwhelmed, and it provides a strong signal to the Ozzu community that the user can be trusted with those privileges due the time and effort that the user put into their account.

As you gain even more reputation you will be able to obtain access to review queues, access moderator tools, and make edits without confirmations. The way the new Ozzu is built is that privileges will be acquired over time and require effort from the user.

Once you obtain a bit of reputation you will then be able to up-vote posts, flag content, create code snippets or wikis/tutorials, participate in the discussion forum, and comment directly on answers/posts.

You will encourage people to up-vote if you create relevant, accurate, and well-thought-out answers or replies. Privileges that all new members will have are creating questions, writing answers, and posting replies.

As mentioned a few weeks back all users can be granted privileges and the types of privileges granted depend on how much reputation a user has. The biggest driver to increasing your reputation will be gaining up-votes from other members on the content you create.

Are you privileged? Well, you may be after the release of Ozzu 2.0, provided that you earn reputation! With the release of Ozzu 2.0, the community will be moderated in a different manner.

Upvoting and downvoting will be implemented in Ozzu 2.0. It has been something desperately needed, and not only will it encourage members to create better content, but it will make it easier to find and get the answers you are looking for.
