    Because I keep seeing more nonsense about Iowa - this wasn't electronic voting. It was literally an app that each precinct could use to report 3 numbers (first round votes, final votes, delegate counts) for each candidate to party HQ, rather than ringing them.

    Hey everybody the story about Pete's campaign "funding the app" that fucked up today is untrue. His campaign purchased software rights from Shadow. So did Biden and Gillibrand. Gillibrand seems to have paid the most.

    For the curious, Pete's campaign paid Shadow twice for "software rights and subscriptions", Biden's paid them once for "text messaging", and Gillibrand's made six payments for "software".
