oui, mais pour ma part ça fonctionne sur d'autres serveurs (chez d'autres hosteurs que ovh) en Belgique et chez Amazon Irlande et US ;-)

J'ai déjà eu un pbl similaire il y a 5 ans, 75% des paquets étaient perdus entre OVH et https://search.twitter.com résolu par

thanks, this seems to be limited to the one hosting provider and at the moment there's not a lot I can assist with.

The Status for stream has been red or yellow on and off since that started to timeout. Some IP have been blocked to fight an attack ?

not that I'm aware of - the status page shows some lower availability over past 24 hour period -> yellow. Do non-streaming endpoints work?

No idea, I don't use them. The status has been red too, not showing in the "day history"

tous les paramètres passés au stream sont récupérés via HTTP, et les tweets passés à un serveur de tâches. donc j'ai pu le bouger sans
