Think in 2020 we will have to look into hiring an editor. This is terrifying and will probably bankrupt the channel as I will feel obliged to pay them an hourly rate far exceeding what I pay myself

When I was a kid one of my friends folks had a cleaner once a week and they'd always clean up and vacuum before she came. I think I'd be that type of boss.

As a former editor, just please, don’t stand behind them and snap when you want them to add a cut. “And...there!...there!...”
