Why are people saying the Dem's need 4 GOP senators to force a vote for anything? They only need 3. If it's a 50-50 split, Justice Roberts breaks the the NOT the VP. So 47 Dem's & 53 Rep only 3 have to vote w/ D's. It's in the impeachment rules. Tell your Senator witnesses needed
