Here’s some stuff that I find works in this space - a properly formatted email. So often I get stuff from indies that is a wall of text. Set it out clean, bold your key points, embed images and… - include a gif with gameplay. This is huge in terms of getting attention

Every single self-publishing indie dev I spoke to at EGX mentioned the same thing: "It's so hard to get press attention. We don't know what we're doing wrong." Can anyone help with this? How can tiny indies get on your radar? What are they doing wrong? Help!

“don’t worry the monarchy is only symbolic they don’t have any power!” but if people dare to question the existence of a monarchy that still benefits from colonialism then they’ll get arrested lol.. the monarchy will always be oppressive be serious

UPDATE: UK police confirmed at least 4 people arrested for protesting the monarchy and King Charles: ▪️ 1 man in Oxford who shouted: "Who elected him?" ▪️ 3 in Edinburgh, including a 74-year-old, a woman holding a sign and a man who called Prince Andrew "a sick old man."

Reminder that Queen Elizabeth is not a remnant of colonial times. She was an active participant in colonialism. She actively tried to stop independence movements & she tried to keep newly independent colonies from leaving the commonwealth. The evil she did was enough

She was tortured with axes during Kenya's struggle for independence from British colonial rule. As Britain celebrates the Platinum Jubilee of its monarch, this old fighter wants to send her a message: "Let Elizabeth bring what belongs to me."
