Here’s some stuff that I find works in this space
- a properly formatted email. So often I get stuff from indies that is a wall of text. Set it out clean, bold your key points, embed images and…
- include a gif with gameplay. This is huge in terms of getting attention

Not webtoon, but when was working on chinatop with tapas I was payed $50 per episode. My coauthor and I tried to renegotiate our contract but they refused to go above $350
