    Still on the kids theme. Brigadeiro is a Brazilian sweet (believe me, it’s sweet!) made with condensed milk and cocoa powder. We added petit beurre biscuits and now they’re perfect. Excuse me, brasileros, for messing about.

    Testing fresh things for warmer days at the today. Black bean paste is topped with soured cream, guacamole, chopped salad and feta. Would you call this child-friendly?

    For next year, testing all sorts of dishes baked in a single tray. This one’s a bit of a cheat. It’s pork and rosemary meatballs toad in the hole - all in one tray - but alongside is a second tray with oven-made onion gravy with IPA. Pure comfort, really.
