It's not a matter of "believing" or "disbelieving" Tara Reade, it's about assessing the credibility of the claim she's making. That's what is required journalistically and logically. So far, every single development has undercut the credibility of her claim

You mean the decades old court documents that recount her story? The friends and neighbors she told at the time? The call to Larry King by her mother? Looks like every bit of actual evidence has buttressed her claim.

The decades old court document doesn't recount her story of assault. In fact, it doesn't even implicate Biden directly in anything. The "friend" she told in 1993 has severe corroboration problems. As does the neighbor she allegedly told in 1996. Your credulity is showing.

To be fair, and I really disagree with Michael on a lot, but he was NOT one of the ones who shrieked at Kavanaugh at all. You may disagree with his standards of what "corrobaration" actually is, but they aren't double standards.

Was he making posts like this about Kavanaugh? If half you team shrieks at Kavanaugh and is quiet about Biden, and the other half is reasonable about Biden and quiet on Kavanaugh that's still a problem.
