So where are we now in the #COVID19 crisis at the end of its fourth month. First, treatment. So far, pretty much everything is either still really equivocal or has failed. Remdesivir, kaletra, (probably) hydroxychloroquine, etc. either failed RCTs or are marginal. 1/
Effective Green Zones seem genuinely hard to setup. Countries that seemed to have a handle on it a month ago have outbreaks now (eg Singapore, Japan). I can easily see California doing worse than Singapore rolling out a new project.

Even at suppression we don't have central quarantines. If your sick you're either in hospital or infecting the rest of your family. We also don't have grocery delivery! Both are easy!
