Sanity check me. Zoom's only real competitive advantage is: 1. The video/audio generally works and drops less than competitors. 2. People have the app installed. What am I missing? The actual software still seems extremely rough and only mildly better than the competition.

For sure, but "does what it says" seems like a pretty low bar. I can't imagine that moat will hold up for too long.

It's not a low bar if competitors can't clear it. Height is relative. Big "if" in that sentence though.

For a time. Remember when calls used to drop all the time and Verizon could advertise that? Now it's not really relevant.
