is it only with governments that we think, well gosh, this situation is really bad, what we need is.. increased government and more interventions? how can the problem also be the cure?

When pilots make mistakes and crash airplanes we don’t say “pilots have been flying airplanes for decades, maybe it’s time to try something else.”

We actually fix the problems that lead to that mistake through more training. Meanwhile the US government seems unwilling and unable to learn from Singapore.
