This was clearly a mistake, which has been documented and shown in excerpt videos by many of his detractors and does not represent Jared's true feelings on the matter. Jared did this in a calculated attempt to enrage Krist.

I think we can both appreciate he didn't think about anything beyond trolling his nemesis with a lie that couldn't be proven whilst possibly courting controversy amongst those that were clearly hating on him relentlessly already. It is like Rags or Wolf denying the Holocaust.

This obvious error of judgement, which took place when I was not watching his channel, and therefore not in a position to suggest it might be an idea to attach a "Just kidding folks!" to the end of the live stream where he said these suspect things, makes him look like a 'MAP'.

...or whatever term anyone prefers to erroneously classify him as, because his local police have investigated him, they have been to his house eleven times (often due to some other trolls instigating this harassment from the UK), and no evidence of wrongdoing has been found...

However, the continued harassment came to a head recently and Jared said that as his local police couldn't stop the group that was targeting him which was based in the UK that he would visit his local office of the FBI. I think Interpol may become involved.

His trolls / enemies / harassers (call them what you will) have even tried to lure him into inappropriate contact with underage girls that they have bribed into being Lolitas who lie about their age. Thankfully, Jared is an experienced YouTuber and saw right through this trap.

Obviously, I don't have direct evidence of any of this, only some candid conversations with Jared (who considers me a friend). He is very transparent about the mistakes he has made, including the incident involving his father, which he very much regrets.

Anyone with any evidence to the contrary, which proves that Jared has committed any crime, should take it to the police so that it can be properly investigated by professionals and he can potentially, if necessary, be prosecuted. Years have passed and this hasn't happened.

I never said he'd committed a crime. You said the accusations were "baseless" I linked to a clip of him vocalising support for relationships between adults and minors. The accusations are not baseless.

I'm pretty sure accusations are either baseless, or lead to a conviction in a court of law. There's no middle ground. At least that's what it seems like watching the news.

The accusation isn't that he's a criminal child molester, it's that he said the thing he said, which he did.
