Reform. Change way of doing “policing”. Hopefully all the guys resigning are the nightmare gangsters swinging at marchers & driving SUVs into them& trampling them. Change hiring & training. Serve, safeguard, protect, inform,assist in urgent circumstances, save lives. We can hope.
