Last time, I was re-directed between your teams @VisualStudio (MSDN), @Windows, @windowsinsider each refusing to take responsibility of @windowsinsider release as Final. If not @Microsoft, then who is responsible for its product? Dont say @linuxfoundation ! @donasarkar

Reporting Major Issue: I Downloaded Final Windows 10, 1709 from MSDN which is now called as Visual Studio Portal (Not Visual Studio IDE) and it turned out to be Insider Preview Version. Hope i am being clear. Any confusion ?

In the World of Microsoft, the same ISO can have 4 different names depending on where you download it from.

Agreed. The issue is not on different nomenclature but Insider Build be put up as Final (RTM) Release. That too on their premium service - MSDN for two successive release.
