But yeah, Warren is the snake, Warren is the traitor, Warren divided the progressive movement, Warren is the reason Bernie isn’t winning. The line “Warren doesn’t owe anyone anything” has never seemed more true than now.

Seems clear from article context that if they researched her as a possible running mate it when she was at her peak—in October, as a front runner and real rival to Sanders as he returned to the race. By January, one can infer from the bulk of the article, it was off the table.

I think a bit about how Obama won over the progressives at first and then pivoted to begin to bring in a broader range of voters. It takes a lot of skill to do that.
