To be honest, I’m not sure what the union’s stance on this is. They know, it’s been the case for long time. I guess because it only happens on one shift per year, people get over it and don’t complain..until the time comes around next year!

And then all your patients wake up together early collectively wondering why brekky and coffee isn’t there yet Hahahaha

Hahaha, yep! Plus we had a computer downtime for 3 hours to allow the program to reboot itself so we had to use paper charts for everything for 3 hrs and then once the program came back on, we had to transpose all the info into the regular program. Got to love it!
