Today I have had it with @WordPress as well as @organicthemes . Not impressed. (mostly with organic themes)

@organicthemes & will lose all customizations when I update.Mostly its lack of communication & inability to update directly thru wordpress
@lauren_b_sag Sry for the inconvenience. We don’t offer automatic updates because many of updates are extensive, changing the whole theme.

@organicthemes if it changes the whole theme, what if a user doesn't like the new updated version? Do you change the appearance? -
@lauren_b_sag Yes, the design is updated when the theme changes a full version number. Updating isn’t a necessity.
