this will be off-topic but. Like 2-3 days ago I was on, not so unusual, thought trains. Some ideas would pop-up and I would say "Who is that?", "It's not me!"; it freaked me out. I calmed down. But like two days I was in a strange depression like state.

Eventually it got resolved, yesterday evening. I realized that I was obsessed with an idea. I settled myself by criticizing the idea. Had a good sleep. I guess, the idea was not a wholesome one.

One thing he gets right is his insistence on making the steps and goals as explicit as possible, rather than obfuscating things in order to make his own aura appear more mystical to potential acolytes
