Regrettig giving @TheSimsMobile another go. Game restarted itself while I was doing things, which reset my progress for last hour, but didn’t return me ingame currency already spent. And now it mocks me by saying “want to instantly finish a task? Please pay here”
I shouldn’t be paying for experience that got removed by bug. Not the way to go. And no, help told me to try swich network and hope for best (it did nothing). Really upset.
It sucks but this game and the Harry Potter game were both so exciting and then a huge disappointment because they are huge money grabs 
Main reason I don't buy things on mobile games. I don't trust the network stability. I've had many games reset because I lost connection and then I lose things.
This just stinks of EA and everything they touch these days. It’s all about getting the maximum amount of cash out of gamers, sorry I could rant all day about them
