I really miss the days when I could wear contact lenses everyday without getting headaches and pain in my eyes 
does anyone else have this?

I brought it up several times with my optician but they weren’t very helpful
! I have some drops but they sound good 
I will check them out, thank you 
that is very unfortunate :( the dry eyes vitamin a+e drops helped me with my cosplay lenses as they dry my eyes 30 minutes in majorly, however, we're all different and it might not work for you :( worth a try though! I hope you find whats wrong <3

I’m glad I’m not the only one
the drops I have are called Systane I think and they help a little bit! I used to wear lenses 12 hours a day every day, suddenly I couldn’t

Could it be screen-work related? Try to take your eyes from your monitor often and look into a distance without focusing hard. This should relax the muscles around your eyes that may have been straining on the screen. Happens to me w/o realizing.
