Usually if I weekends/day off come, I end up working on small and big things anyway. Which put me in a constant loop of working and not feeling like I had a day off at all. It's nice to forget about things and just enjoy doing nothing

It was a struggle to feel so as any time I'm not working my brain tells me I'm wasting it, but it's as important to do nothing and relax as work. Quite often I'm too strict and pushy on myself, which ends up in burn out.
