This actually works quite well. My mind is a prison, it's nice to remember I am not just the occupant of each cell, I'm also the guards, the warden, and the architect. I hold the key, life sentence, or time served. My choice. Thanks for the link. Peace.
Seriously in love with @Headspace! Using every night before bed to unwind and it helps me to calm my always anxious/thinking/never stopping mind. Love to be back on track with meditation after dropping the ball for years.
