I know I talk a lot about how much I love Not Another Salon but seriously, the fact that my hairdresser messages me on Insta responding to questions I have or suggestions for next time that she thinks I'll like, it's like above and beyond

All I remember is he was Welsh. I tuned up, they had no clue who was supposed to be seeing me, what I was there for and felt pretty ignored when they did. Kinda opposit from what their instagram promises.
I love my hairdresser I see there, but I had lots of issues with their reception. From appointments moved around, to being double charged and them not trying to help me, giving me a vibe of "your problem, sort for yourself". It feels really hit and miss

also it depends whom you're seeing. I had to go to see other hairdressers because mine was away, and I felt same vibe of feeling ignored and having my hair done as if they're forced because I pay :( If you ever decide to return, go to Spooky. she cares deeply about her customers
